So no one knows since I haven't been talking about it, but right before I left Japan I marathoned all of Revolutionary Girl Utena (yeah, yeah, way to be 10 years late) and...holy crap am I into it right now. Why didn't I look into it before?? Though I suppose I'm happy that I watched it when I was a bit older because had I seen it around the same time I saw Eva and the rest I think all it would have amounted to was poorly drawn yuri.

Thought I'd draw Utena, though truthfully she wasn't my favorite character. It was all about Juri, man. The only one who could actually, you know, fence lol.

In other news, everyone was right--Iron Man is awesome. Probably one of the best superhero films I've seen yet.

I'll up you on that; I watched the movie BEFORE seeing the show. What a mindfuck that was.

But I did watch it again after seeing the show, and things made a LOT more sense. Only sometimes not.
