...Thanks guys. I'm feeling better. I had a talk with my Mom and we're going to see if we can make an appointment tomorrow. I'm probably just freaking out (as usual), but it will be nice to at least know what's going on. I should really know better than to self-diagnose myself (It's never lupus), but just making the comparisons was freaking me out and...yeah. Anyway! Not worth thinking about tonight, at least.

It did help to hear that Gyakuten Kenji is doing so well that they're considering a sequel--and that they are indeed working on Gyakuten Saiban 5! I love how Japan knows how to milk its cash cows.

Oh--and thanks to everyone who responded on my healthy food post the other day! I'm feeling so inspired--starting this week I'm going to try exercising 30 minutes each day. I've already started eating organic banana chips as an occasional snack, and they're wonderful. ♥ Tomorrow I hope to make a spinach tortilla wrap for lunch. We'll see how that goes.

Didn't see the mouth stuff until now, but good luck. And yay for healthy eating motivation. I use Zelky to keep track of my biking, but the site can be very very SLOW at times. I have also been posting all my workouts to twitter!

Try just walking for 30 minutes a day. Not only do you get some nice exercise, you get to check out your neighborhood too. I should really get back into this, it's great way to keep in shape.

My current shape is "blob."

Definitely a good idea to go see a doctor in any case, and good for you for taking that step.

I got really fed up with myself yesterday and decided to place stricter restrictions on myself re: food and exercise. Consequently I am currently back from two (difficult) hours at the gym after my ~1500-calorie day (that's a rough estimate, though I'm sure I didn't exceed 2000). It feels great now but I know I don't have the discipline to keep this up ... which is why I figured I might as well do it today and see how long it lasts.

Do not berate me for counting calories; as you know, I am combating four years of binge-drinking and late-night pizzas :)
